I find it incredible that anyone can call themselves "International Food Futurists" with a straight face.
As for the "trends", it reads like a newspaper horoscope. "Eating for better sex and better health to live longer and healthier.", "Americans are of tired of being told what they can eat." ... obvious much, Robert? Mostly these read like the predictions for 2009.
My favorite, though, is this one: "Eating out of the box, because change makes people comfortable with more change." What? Translation fail?
