Just finished watching "Kings of Pastry", a documentary about the most recent MOF (Meilleur Ourvier de France) pastry competition in France. Obviously these chefs are talented but the artistry and craftsmanship is amazing. Takes place every 4 years, over 3 days, with many time-consuming and very specific tasks. Both Russ and I really enjoyed it.
Nice little movie.

Agreed. I've been lucky enough to work with a number of MOF chefs...their skills are mind-blowing.
