This is not a real question, just had to share. FINALLY, it is warm enough to chance putting out some bedding plants (had a frost warning 2 nights ago!), take off some clothes, crack a brew, and watch a dead bird become ambrosia. I've been playing with different woods for smokin' the Costco chicken and last night's hickory touch was pure heaven. 350, off heat, 45 min. each for the front and the back and BINGO. Added a simple salad and baguette, a litle red wine (and a little more) - PERFECT! I'm happy
