Pork Chops Still Good??

I bought a large package of pork chops at Costco yesterday and somehow they got left in the trunk of the car. Car was in an air conditioned garage overnight. Think they are still good?

I would not use them either unless they were frozen initially. FWIW, I use stuff most of the folks here would not use most of the time.

I would not hesitate, at all, to use some immediately and freeze the rest.

fitzie, I feel your pain. Not only the loss of the pork chops (which IMO are the best you can get), but where I live a trip to Costco is a bit of an undertaking (I don't go often for that reason).

I know what you mean, Linda. It's about a 40 minute drive from here which isn't too bad but with only two of us, I really don't go that often. And when I do, I sure don't want to waste a package of beautful pork chops!
