My son loves Amy's mac and cheese. When he was at college, we flew to visit him (CA to WA) with carry on only. I managed to bring a bag of mixed cheeses shredded or otherwise pre-grated and 2 TBS of white wine reduction. I still get comments from the peanut gallery for that. It was a damn good mac and cheese, though. Thanks Amy :mrgreen:
