Gerard, add my congrats. We are coming up to our 20th, which is odd since I'm only 29.

I'm curious about how the skirt steak/zucchini works, so if you do it a picture would be lovely. (sorry guests, before you can eat I need to photograph all the food for the cookaholics board)
I finally found a source for skirt steak (not sold in Canada in normal grocery stores believe it or not) and have a few pieces in the freezer and zucchni plants that are set to produce a ton soon.
