Gerard, add my congrats. We are coming up to our 20th, which is odd since I'm only 29.
I'm curious about how the skirt steak/zucchini works, so if you do it a picture would be lovely. (sorry guests, before you can eat I need to photograph all the food for the cookaholics board)
I finally found a source for skirt steak (not sold in Canada in normal grocery stores believe it or not) and have a few pieces in the freezer and zucchni plants that are set to produce a ton soon.

I wish I had a picture of the skirt steak or any of the apps. I went to the caterers website - and there's a substantial gallery but few if any photos of the selections we've chosen. Since our event isn't until October, I've asked them to take photos of any of our apps that they make in the mean time and post them on their website. I'll put them up here once they are up.

It sounds great! DH and I did a purely appetizer wedding and it was fantastic! What I liked best was that I got to see everyone who came, and you can be braver with appies as you are only committing to a single bite.
