Use it sparingly on popcorn, Mac and cheese, eggs, beef carpaccio, buttered pasta, steak, pizza, risotto, Brie. I do very much like truffles.

A few drops in mashed potatoes is nice. Also in a vinaigrette. Brush some on a steak as it rests. I've had it on popcorn-that was great.

It's surprising how many "truffle XYZ" products include truffle oil as a supplement to truffles (assuming they have truffles). I was browsing the D'Artagnan section at the store today and even their products such as truffle mousse have it (they did clarify that it was some type of oil (sunflower?) plus fragrance).
