All, I've got a bag of cipollini onions to peel. Any tricks to getting their paper skins off rapidly? Without bruising them? |

Blanch them. I just finished my batch of 4 lbs. |

Nancy, How does that get the peel off? It just comes right off? |

I'm not Nancy, but I'll answer. Yes, it does. It helps to make an X at the tip prior to blanching. Amy |
