I just made some ricotta and have a bunch of leftover whey. Ideas? I'm going to use some to make dinner rolls, but I've got a lot. Amy |

Well, generally what one makes with whey is ricotta, so kinda stuck there. It's good for the liquid in potato bread ... |

Yes, but I just wanted some ricotta, so didn't want to wait for the whey from making something like mozzarella. I know you have a potato bread recipe everyone loves. Can you point me to it? Amy |
