Does anyone else besides me use soy chorizo? I used to buy it at TJ's or the local Star Market (Albertsons, it used to be owned by.) Both places must have had the same manufacturer because now neither TJ's nor Star carries it. I liked everything about it, the taste, consistency, price, a break from meat. I am sure there's a recipe out there somewhere but I am in mourning. I know rather silly.

Ivy,
I know "Soyrizo" is still around; you might call local health food markets and see if they have it.
