I follow Serious Eats shrimp suggestions re: salt and baking soda and proceed. Costco had some 8-12 raw and I’d like your suggestions re: best cooking method and time. We have lovely warm weather so any method is welcome - I hate bbqing in a parka ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Ideas: 1. Paella: Specifically, there's a Catalan rice dish that cooks with just vegetables and some jumbo prawns, which some 8/12s seem perfect for. In a paper book, though. 2.
