All,
The purple sage in the backyard has been growing like mad and I'd like to use it. However, I'm discovering that I'm a little short on recipes which use sage and don't involve either:
a) meat, or b) excessive amounts of butter
Anyone got anything?

CI September 1999 -- Fettucine and White Bean Soup. It has prosciutto, but only a little, so you might be able to sub something or just see how it tastes without it.

Josh,
Tempura sage leaves are wonderful. We garnish them with pecorino romano.
