That's how I do it! The recipe came with my Bamix. What I didn't know was why it was bitter sometimes. I like when Kenji and I think alike.

Me too, I think I am making serious eats my home page. So many gold nuggets in there!

I loved his background music, very enchanting to just watch the mayo happen.
