Thank you for your kind words....I made the soup last week...my friend was recently diagnosed with lymphoma....chemo is really taking its toll on him...this week his appetite was better, I made his favorite...Honey Walnut Shrimp from "Easy Chinese Recipes" by Bee Yinn Low...placed it over my Asian Noodle Salad...a bit unorthodox but good...also made NY Crumb Cake from "Baked"...he enjoyed it...food for the soul...I wanted to take pictures of the shrimp but I was in a rush...the recipe is wonderful but I changed it a bit...I used maple syrup to glaze the walnuts...worked beautifully!
