I'm just hoping someone has a nice KILLER recipe for Greek ribs; I'm trying to use pork back ribs as I like the extra meat but I can appreciate that side ribs may be part of the solution. I want to use my standard techniques of apple wood and about 4 hours over a low heat but I'm willing to learn something new, as well
