Served this Friday night with smoked salmon & seared-in-butter-in-the-pan salmon. All four agreed the smoked was FABULOUS Who knew. Nice surprise and I will definitely do this again.
Thanks for the other suggestions, which I will pursue as well.

In-laws had lots of frozen tuna steaks, so I make Salad Nicoise tonight. Tuna marinated in vinagrette and herbs de Provence, thrown on the grill. Blanched green beans, boiled eggs, steamed new potatoes. Had to settle for kalamata olives though. Delish.
