Had this tonight at a local veggie restaurant - yum. Searched my EYB cookbooks and it came up nil. Clearly I do not have enough cookbooks. Anyone have a tried and true recipe Gobi Manchurian?

Can't help you. I don't have any cookbooks which do Anglo-Indian-Chinese food. There's online recipes for it, though.
