Well I went out and did it again.
Fishing, this time for albacore tuna.
I brought home 6 of these longfins.
Sashimi, sushi are no-brainers. Grilling is simple and awesome.
I can do the mason jar in the pressure cooker, that's fine -- any suggestion for seasonings?
My daughter-in-law loves tuna, but she's expecting so nothing raw.
So I ask unto the board -- what favorites do you have regarding fresh tuna?
I gots lots, so if I goof anything, . . . oh well.
