I'm looking for a good recipe for Pastitsio, or even a great cookbook that one is in. I thougt that may be something to serve while watching the Oscar's tonight!!!

I think we did a thread a few years back about the Pastitsio recipe in Cook's Country. It needed more flavor. It's the recipe I use, but (per the posts in that thread) I double the spices in the meat sauce and I add a healthy dose of nutmeg to the bechamel. It's actually a big favorite around here.
