So, Kris actually made soda bread last weekend. This was an unusual one, in that it's whole wheat (about 50% WWF), and it was excellent with a strong cheddar (KerryGold's Whiskey Cheddar, in the picture). It also held up quite well, remaining tasty for breakfast for three days. So, this may have changed my opinion of soda bread.
