I tried these once & we didn't like them. I don't think we made them properly. Anyone have a recipe? I should be able to just roast them, but I didn't do a very good job. Kale is waiting in the fridge. TIA Kathy

I wash, dry well (making sure to remove the stem) and rub evoo over (a little goes a long way), lay on a parchment covered pan in a single layer and sprinkle with salt. Roast for 15 minutes or so at 275. My 14 year old inhales them.
