I find I'll be making a batch of hamburgers tomorrow (with plain 85% lean beef). I have lots of Penzeys seasonings on hand, which one(s) would you recommend?

I like plain jane salt and pepper for hamburgers myself, but I do like to grind some onion in with the beef for added moisture and flavor.
Happy Memorial Day!

Well, I'm with the S&P crowd, but I think garlic is a wonderful, wonderful addition to a burger.
