Amy, regretfully no...My favorite green chili enchilada is served at the Ecklund Hotel http://www.theeklund.com/ in Clayton, NM. I like it served flat with a fried egg on top, you might see if they would share there recipe as a professional courtesy.

In three weeks I get to go to NM and gourge myself on green chile dishes! :P
