I feel I need to make a pecan pie. Any good recipes? I would probably use the vodka pie crust recipe as it works for me.

I've used CI's recipe with much success; I also sub the vanilla with bourbon too.

Thanks Lou. Do you use the crust recipe too? Have you (or anybody) tried to blind bake the vodka crust?
