You have so many intriguing sounding recipes. How do you do the PTB? We are featuring turkey and chicken breast here often for cholesterolic reasons.

Please include how you manage to cook it evenly, leaving it whole or cutting or what? Also how you serve it.

Thanks. eb

It is really easy, I found it on a healthy cooking site right after I discovered the Internet (me and Al Gore). I'll copy the recipe later (oh and the rabbit one, sorry Amy). You take a whole boneless turkey breast half (a couple pounds) and put it into a a simmering broth made of chicken stock, ginger, chopped onion, allspice, paprika and other stuff I don't remember right now. The stock comes about half way up. You cook one side covered 8 minutes, turn for 8 minutes then add onion, carrot and potatoes (if you actually buy them) cover and cook for about 25 minutes. Slice and eat.

I have another recipe for a roasted boneless breast that you spread with mustard and top with bread crumbs herbs and butter and then roast in the oven. If anyone has any more I would love them.

Mary
