Folks real Cuban sandwiched need Cuban Pork Roast that has been marinated in the Cuban style. Made with other kinds of pork, can lead to dry and definitely not as tasty pork sandwiches, better than store bought cold cuts, but not a Cuban. It would be like serving Cuban Pork without mojito, Tostones without salt or adding cilantro to Cuban black beans, may be ok, but it is not Cuban. Just saying......

BTW, for those that really like Cuban food and can tell when it is not right, Bijol makes a world of difference, especially in any yellow rice dish.
