Amy
Sorry to hear about your Mom.

When my 1st MIL was diagnosed with cancer & was going thru chemo I made her dinners every day. I had a cook book for cancer patients going thru chemo. Lots of cream was involved, but other than that, I don't remember much about the book. I gave it to a co-worker whose husband was also going thru chemo. The recipies were tasty as I remember, but I was not as picky then. She died in "82. I would think there would be some books on how to feed these patients. Also, there should be a nutritionist at the hospital that should be able to point you in the right direction.

We will hope for a quick & successful resolution.
K
