Been thinkin' (seldom a good thing) Does anyone know of a source for a mold that might fit into the 10' x 15" jellyroll pan that would mold the toffee into small squares? I'm thinking about 1" square would be just about right. I would like to pour the hot toffee into the pan then press the mold into the hot toffee. I finished my 30th batch this season last evening....

I couldn't see the specifications, you think it would take the 315*+ heat?
This is close...I was sure hoping for something I could press into the molten toffee...
