A friend of mine gave me a pint of Horseradish that he makes himself. He even digs up the roots, so it is fresh and hot. Any suggestion? Should I make a Beer and Horseradish Cheese Spread? |

That certainly sounds yummy. Care to share? I love horseradish but pretty much only put it on roast beef, it is really something I would like to use more. My mom does her own horseradish too and I love it. It loses its zip pretty fast though. Mary |
