| Post subject: | Chicken Chow Mein recipe? |
Anyone have a good recipe for Chow Mein or know of a good recipe source? I haven't searched the web yet, at all, because I fear the search might be overwhelming with possibilities that can be mostly underwhelming in taste. I will do that next but thought I would start my search with you all. Would appreciate either recipes or cookbooks that I could take out of the library. Thanks you all! Nancy |

Nancy I looked in a few of my Chinese cookbooks and found nothing....probably because its an American invention. Curious to know if you ever find a recipe ilene |

Found this one over at epicurious http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Beef-Chow-Mein-232606 It's for beef, but I bet you could sub in the chicken. BeckyH |
