I have a good friend looking for a tried and true Key Lime Truffle recipe.

Anyone have one?

I just do lime chocolates. You may (or may not) remember them from San Antonio.

I certainly remember the beautiful and tasty candies, lime specifically doesn't jump out... :(

Amy, do you think just steeping lime zest in cream would work for truffles?

With my chocolates I do a lime infused creme anglaise ganache, and while I've not used creme anglaise instead of cream in a truffle, it seems like it should work.
