Sure you can.....that would be under paleo. :)

and I agree "Master Cleanse" is a terrible name for chicken. I tried that cleanse once for several days....it was really terrible.

Ya'll are lucky to not have encountered food issues. I can no longer eat gluten. It sure throws a wrench into a girl's love of cooking. :( It does become a new challenge though.....trying to create good food with new ingredients. I'm getting better. Deb
