Did any of you see this post by Michael Symon....he said of the 1,000 ducks he has cooked over the years, this had to have been the all time best. http://www.williamrubel.com/wp-content/uploads/String.roasting For some reason, this link takes you to string roasting a turkey, but the method is the same for a duck. |
