I liked these because the WP, in trying to change their recipe presentation format, picked the first 5 because they were the most newest posted and the most viewed this week. Normally, they use a different criterion. The second five were picked more traditionally in that they are 'oldies-but-goldies'. The OBGs will be a stretch for me but I will make them just for that reason. I’d be interested to see how different this came out done sous vide or in a slow cooker. |

Huh, you know, I subscribe to the Post, but I never looked at their recipe section before. |
