Hi everyone....does anyone have any suggestions for individual appetizers? We have new neighbors and a friend is having a socially distanced meet and greet for them. She has asked me to bring an appetizer that would be appropriate for these times. Nothing to dip, etc. I would love some suggestions for something that isn’t too involved or labor intensive. Appetizers aren’t generally my favorite thing to make.

Well, there are the always popular deviled eggs. Chilled poached shrimp, tossed in a spicy dressing. Grilled meat on a stick, variety of your choice. One we did when I worked in catering was a short skewer with mozzarella pearls, basil leaves, cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a bit of balsamic vinegar. Chicken or tuna salad, served on a leaf of endive. An assortment of olives.
