Post subject:  Jerky? Recommended links or recipes, please.
Weirdly, we are having wonderful warmish winter weather (slightly above freezing for the next 7-10 days) and it would be perfect weather to smoke some beef strips for jerky. I'm pretty good at this but thought it would be fun/interesting to try something new/different :shock: :D THANKS!!
