We have a really good Thai restaurant here that serves awesome drunken noodles. I've never really been much of an Asian cook (don't shoot me Dave), but this is definitely one dish I'd love to add to my repertoire. Favorite recipe(s)?

Amy Drunken Noodles is one of my favs also, but have never made....hope we get some good recipes; I'dlove to try it too ilene
