I'm honored...

This really looks pretty tasty, and I love that it is properly named!!!

I will definatly try this now that our 100*+ days seem to be behind us, I will probably substitute the anaheim or banana peppers with the wonderful Hatch chilies that are in season right now.

I was in Albuquerque two weeks ago gourging myself of them...you really have to look for them here, not easy to find, but they can be had, at least for a short time.

This week I head to the Mexican border (Harlingen) Viva La Mexico...

I don't, but you can look at some of these recipes and blend them with mine; just follow their instructions on preparing the pork and add it to my recipe (you might cut the beans by half):
