Thanks all, I might start with trying the cooler next time. I did chill the rolled dough for 10 mins as directed. I got through, but they are either very thin (read as: overcooked) or very thick (rolled out cold) and I had a hard time with the very thick ones in the more intricate cutters a they kept breaking off.
I made four batches of dough Tuesday night. I rolled and baked Thursday night (4 hours due to issues) I iced Friday night (5 hours) I detail iced and sugared today (2 hours)
I must have lost my mind. I am doing this for 8 year olds. I mean, they look beautiful, but it was SO not worth it because the munchkins will inhale them without even admiring all my hard work. lol
