I am looking for a Spice cake recipe. I have made the Ci one and it was just OK. I really thought it would be great,it had a good selection of spices,but I still found it somewhat bland and a little dry (that could be my fault). Any winners out there ?

Karen, look at KAF.com, there are several there that are highly rated.
