I haven't made this in years, and seriously jonesing for some. Favorite recipe? I prefer a thinner one...the thick ones are just too "bready" for my taste.

Have you tried CI's pizza bianca? I prefer that to any focaccia recipe I have made and it is thin.

I use pizza dough from Spinelli's and I drizzle with olive oil, top with very thinley sliced lemons, fresh rosemary and parm.
It is my new favorite.

I stopped in a small market on my way home from work yesterday. I was wearing my lemon Chef's pants, bought a lemonade and two lemons. Somehow, the clerk found all of this incredibly funny. ;)

A restaurant here in Denver used to serve it warm with olive oil, the minute you sat down. The restaurant has since closed and the owner (Kevin Taylor)has built a restaurant empire in town, but never brought back the lemon focaccia so I tried to recreat it and it worked.

Reinhart in his Artisan Breads Everyday has a great recipe for it -- both a round and baking sheet version. Let me know and I'll send you a copy.

When the restaurant deems to order chef jackets in a size small again, I'll take a pic. Currently I'm swimming in size large. (Seems I'm the only one who wears a small, so in a cost-saving measure they eliminated the smalls. Sigh...)

Edited to add: I also have the cupcake chef pants.
