Perfect, although I decided to go with loaf pans instead of the recommended round loafs on a stone. Very delicious and very easy - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks, Fuzzy!!

Also, I particularly like the fact that the structure is very fine, almost cake-like, yet there is very good gluten development so the bread is perfect for sandwiches - it doesn't fall apart or squash when cutting. This morning we had it toasted with butter & homemade raspberry jam - WOW!
