| Post subject: | Freezing/thawing cookies with royal icing |
I just made and decorated cookies (using royal icing) for a friend who won't be serving them until next Thursday. She's going to freeze them to keep them from getting stale - should they be thawed in the container? Or should she take them out first? I can never remember the correct sequence. Thanks! |
