So I go to the Health Food Store last night to pick up the ingredients to make this and I ended up not buying anything. I didn't realize that there was so many types of rolled oats. I understand about Quick, Regular and Steel Cut, but there was Thin Rolled, Thick Rolled, two or three Organic varieties each in Thick and Thin Rolled. Should I buy a Thin or Thick Rolled Oats to make Granola? |

I always buy thick rolled for granola, and I make a lot of granola. |

Hmmmm, that sounds good. I love a strongly flavored granola; usually I do ginger/pecan. I could go for this one. Oh, and to reinforce JB: thick-rolled. |
