I am convinced that only way to improve one’s bread is by baking more, so any book video, or magazine needs to provide inspiration to get in the kitchen and bake. If it does that, it has succeeded. If it does not, the quality of the content is not all that important. Peter Reinhart is a known quantity and a source trusted by most experienced bakers, so it is hard to imagine that his video bread course would be anything less than excellent |

FWIW, I had the good fortune to attend a class Reinhart taught at the local SLT a few years ago. He is a super-engaging instructor, and quite witty (and down-to-earth) to boot. I'm sure an online class with him would be a great investment! Emilie |
