If anyone's in the mood for fall baking, I made KAF's Harvest Pumpkin Scones yesterday (using cinnamon chips and some crystallized ginger) and they were super delicious. I froze half of them unbaked for another time but I don't think they'll be any left in the freezer by the end of the week! Those sound delicious! And I may try them with a sweet potato instead, as I have two sprouted ones I need to use soon. Thanks! |

Oh my I want one of those! I have one strawberry scone left in my freezer. I made a batch in June when the berries were at peak. They were good, but not great. I am in love with CI blueberry scones, these pumpkin scones look wonderful. I see them in my future! Laurie |
