Hi guys! I badly need your help. I am planning to make Chocolate Mousse tomorrow but our electric egg beater do not function well and almost died. Can I make Chocolate Mousse without it? If I can, what would be the best alternative to it? Thanks in advance for any reply. |

Mary, Really strong forearms and a whisk would be nice. I'd guess borrowing a neighbors electric beater would be easier. Is there a rental store nearby; they should have a stand mixer. Tim |
