Carey, thanks for that information. On the off-chance I'll be replacing my range somewhere down the road. Like you, I love my BSO and use it all the time, much more now than I ever use my big oven. Particularly nice in Summer when I don't want the extra heat in the kitchen. I'm on my second BSO now as the first one died after about two years. I'm hearing wonderful things about the Cuisinart Steam Oven, which every owner seems to love. The only downside I know of is that it can't accept a quarter-sheet pan. They say it makes the best toast!

We're *still* waiting for the microwave to be fixed. I'm half tempted to sell the bunch on kijiji and start again.
I love my BSO too. I'd replace it with the exact same model if it ever went.
