Thanks for posting that, Alina. I've looked into electric skillets before but just couldn't make up my mind on which to get. Sometimes it's just too much of a pain to get a temp right/consistent on the stovetop griddle. Maybe Santa will bring one to me.
And how cool to take a one-week CIA class, Bill. In my dreams I'm taking a class at the French Pastry Institute in Chicago. But not this time of year when the high is 11.
