Only one fairly large one - which means the holes are a bit too large for fine work.

Wow, I really do have too many kitchen tools. I've got three including a large triple mesh which is excellent for sifting.

And it is called "spifter". Just buy it for the sole purpose of being able to refer to it during conversational lulls.

Lindsay, I think its super cute, but overpriced. I love gadgets and have OXO's 8", 6" regular and 4" conical and use all of them regularly. So now that you've shown me what I'm missing, I have these 2 added to my save for later cart on Amazon: spice sifting spoon and sugar sifting spoon. Total for both is $7.32 and I am less likely to mush or misplace the sifter part.
